      Nice miles to cap a great weekend. It was nice at 7 but warmed up very quick with the sun. I was super happy to not be racing today and to turn for the half finish-it just might be worse today than it was last year as it seems to be more humid.

    Just ran the Bridle Trails today. It was warm out at 80 and some humidity but it didn't seem to effect me much. Overall felt pretty good.
