      I think it was more that I was starving since I didn't have much after last nights run and just wanted to get back home to eat. Actually, the weather was perfect running weather this morning about 45 deg and no wind which makes it easy to run.

      Dang killer workout! Wow! Yeah, I haven't checked my weight in quite awhile as it'll just get me to thinking I need to cut but I'm comfortable sacrificing a bit of time to keep me in a happy zone!
