      Yeah at like 9 PM! 50-55 degrees is about perfect shorts/T-shirt weather for me. Any warmer than that, and it starts to really affect me. It was like 68 out when I went out. I could really tell the difference! Upper 70s probably knocks a good 30 seconds to a minute off my pace.

      Thanks guys! Yeah, well I've been back at it for a month or so. I'm a good 40 seconds/mile at this effort level off where I was when I stopped. I'm hoping to be back in reasonable half marathon shape by Dam to Dam! Gotta start doing some speedwork! I've also discovered that training for a marathon destroys your speed for shorter distances, so I'm going to work on speed this spring!
