      Those are some good intervals, Dave. I know you used to be a bit faster BUT you are just getting back into speedwork. Besides, I'll take those splits from you if you don't want them :)

      Yeah at like 9 PM! 50-55 degrees is about perfect shorts/T-shirt weather for me. Any warmer than that, and it starts to really affect me. It was like 68 out when I went out. I could really tell the difference! Upper 70s probably knocks a good 30 seconds to a minute off my pace.

      Agreed. I ran today in 80 degrees and it felt completely different! Good job on your run!
