    Still didn't finish. I always end up skipping one run. I gained a few lbs. after surgery and I'm thinking my back is not liking it much. Will try again Friday.

      Try and try again...that's what I always say..just don't try to over do it after surgery.

      I remember when I first started c25k and I couldn't get through every single run either. Keep at it though, just do what you can and eventually your body will build up what it can handle!

    Did 30 minutes on the trainer. Was going for 45 but knee said no. Did well and dragged the mom with me. It's nice to be moving again.

    Made myself get off the couch today. Yay! Starting over for the last time. Did the c2k thing and tacked on another 15 min. would have been longer but rain got in the way.

  15. Still not working out. Having surgery on Wednesday so taking it easy and making preps. Will be walking in spirit for a few weeks.
