  1. RUN
    blah 1.87 mi 00:20 10:25 pace

Felt old & fat. Wanted to start with 20 min run, so I did 9:30 out and planned to make it back by 20:00. Pretty close. Goal: 3 days this week. Walked dog (35 minutes, about 1.75 miles after)

  2. swim
    good

Did 15 minutes of freestyle swimming at Cheshire Pool (~7-8 laps). Tough. I may not make the swim team. Still nice to cool off.

you rebel...by the way, a lap is 1 way in a pool, so I hope you did more than 7-8

Yes. I'm trying this new fad called uh, jogging. I believe it's jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j. I'm not sure but apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

  6. RUN

Took a nice little y-og today. We'll see what happens.

  7. RUN
    good 2 mi 00:17 08:30 pace

Just ran to meet kids out on run...ran from school to top of Cemetery Hill...waited for kids to pass and ran back. Nice to move again. Been too busy (poor excuse).

  8. RUN
alright Gary Park 4.44 mi 00:45 10:07 pace

Rainy....side cramps...wasn't a fun day. I swear I have cement blocks on my feet.

  9. RUN
    good quick loop-b 1.94 mi 00:16 08:25 pace

Felt good today. Probably should have done more...

  10. RUN
    blah Cheshire Path 1 3.65 mi 00:34 09:24 pace

Stomach cramps, tired legs...just didn't feel well today. Too bad, great day for a run. Note: stomach may have been caused by watching UConn's atrocious performance today.

  11. RUN
blah WPLR Shamrock and Roll 5K 3.1 mi 00:27 08:35 pace

Disappointed that I did not reach my goal of 25:00....something to shoot for. Had a great time, though. Weather was awesome, great to see so many members of team come out!

  12. RUN
good "Quick loop" 1.64 mi 00:13:30 08:14 pace

Same loop I did on my first day back. Wanted to see if I could hit 8:00 mile pace for tomorrow. Really gonna need to work. Walked dog on same loop right before as a warm-up.

  13. RUN
    alright 3 X 800 @ 5K pace 1.5 mi

    3 X 800 @ 3:50. Tried to get in 5 X 800 @ 4:00, but ran out of time.

  14. RUN
    good seymour B 2.52 mi 00:26 10:28 pace

    Conversation pace today.

  15. RUN
    good 3 mile loop 2.78 mi 00:27 09:37 pace

    Felt pretty good today. Windy.

  16. RUN
alright 4+ mile Mountain Rd 4.49 mi 00:41 09:02 pace

Feet/legs heavy again. Very flat course, straight out and back. Not going to get it back in a week.

  17. RUN
alright BP tear drop 2.64 mi 00:25 09:35 pace

Not bad...considering snow. First 1.75 is a pretty gradual uphill, with a long downhill for last .75.

  18. RUN
    alright Seymour A 3.2 mi 00:28 08:48 pace

Legs are heavy. Feet hurting. Need new shoes. I need to keep to promise of 2 weeks of running before I buy new ones.

  19. RUN
    good 2 mile loop 2 mi 00:22 10:54 pace

Getting the legs going. Added a set of stability ball core to end of workout. Felt mentally fresh and healthier last night.

  20. RUN
good Easy loop 1.6 mi 00:16 10:16 pace

Good to get a run in.
