Felt old & fat. Wanted to start with 20 min run, so I did 9:30 out and planned to make it back by 20:00. Pretty close. Goal: 3 days this week. Walked dog (35 minutes, about 1.75 miles after)

http://www.clubct.org/Races/SCXC/SCXC.html do this. bit if a drive. bring friends. lots of XC people there of all speeds and ages. the july 13 2 person relay is lots of fun.
