      I never left completely - just slowed down the frequency and took to the MTB a bit more! Trying hard to get back on the running program though

    Such a fun ride with Stefan - we rode all but one of the trails out @ The Hydrocut. I know I need to get out running, but it is hard when being on the MTB is this fun!

    Sore foot, great to get a longer run in with Bekky and also see some others down by the boathouse - and we stayed dry for the most part!
