Fartlek session - on my old training plan the Fartlek sessions were set out for you, but on this one you are just advised to do random speed work which I think is closer to the true meaning of Fartlek i.e. "speed play", so a few sprints using lamp posts as markers mixed in with a few longer bursts at 5k pace - productive session, even though I was a bit tired to begin with.
