Friday rest day. 14 on the schedule for tomorrow, which will be a PDR for me. I've never done more than a half-marathon, so I'm in uncharted waters. Stocking up on the Nuun & GU today. Also looking forward to watching T&F at the Olympics - a guy who works for my local running store in Reston is running the 800 for Haiti on Monday. Pretty cool!
