    kept hydrated since morning and a banana before run. it's too hot today but went pretty well

    i felt like giving up at 2.5 and till 3.5, i kept going slow. but last 1km, i was like a dark knight :-)

      Hey, you made it past 5 km! Awesome job on sticking with it. Sometimes you need to push past a slump and then your body fires up properly for the rest of the run.

      so true heather and thanks a lot for motivation sharon. i just found out that there are 5k run happening at albert park every saturday which is a free event. it's awesome!!
