    Nice run in the sun, did the 1st 2.5 miles with JGal before she kept going for her 90mins, this went a lot better than my first 5 miler 2 weeks ago, taking it steady is helping the knee behave

    nice evening for a beach run, pace got slower, 8.29, 8.37, 8.40, 0.73@8.50 but felt comfortable, maybe it was the headwind on 2nd half ;)
