Kind of hard to motivate this morning after a couple days of work stress and waking up to a biblical downpour. Got it done, but I didn't feel that strong. Plan: w/u, 3 mi. @ tempo (10:01), c/d. I had to stop for traffic during my 2nd tempo mile, but I still hit the target at ~9:55. Seems weird running in short sleeves in January. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/144941387
