      Marlene, I'm not familiar with the course, but because they say it's a tame/easy course, I'm assuming even if it is on a trail, it's an easy trail. I haven't considered the logistics yet, but Stu and Ray will be coming in from Virginia, so I would bet we could work something if you are interested.

      Yes, the format is each person runs one single 10K. So for the 5 members on the team, when you're all finished, your team will have run 50K.
