    It was challenging at times it was on different speed and incline intervals I walk/jog and after that I did push ups and sit ups!!!! I'm so tired!!!! But happy

  5. It was a good walk/jog I would have like to done it a lot faster but Im just getting started 2 miles 45 min Im glad I done something!!!!!
