RUN
great Hunter run 2.6 mi 00:32 12:23 pace
This was the first run for me in well over a year. I did a 2x1 ratio just so I wouldn't push it to hard and hurt myself again. Hopefully this is the road to skinny me again.

good Savannah Century 100.5 mi 06:30 15.4mph pace
First ever Century, lots of lessons learned. The heat index was 106*, you couldn't drink enough fluids. The rest stops were awesome, learned that pickle juice is the BOMB!

Great Performance:
Impressive ride all the way around! I thought the pickles were a great idea to have at the rest stop, too. I think the consensus is that Savannah's century is more difficult than most :)

I really think the difficulty was the heat. That multiplied everything, oh and the last little hill coming up to MLK. That was the last punch in the gut. I will be doing it again next year.
