9x 200m With minute break between each run and a 5 minute break after every 3rd run. A tough Training session. My legs had the shakes at the end. Times Ranged from 32 sec to 35 sec. This training is a step up for me but hanging in there.
Muscles are sore so on with the compression recovery skins tonight and loads of Deep Heat lol

Great workout. Always tough doing intervals. Recovery get faster as you get used to it.
