    great golf course 6.4 mi

    Nice easy run around the golf course. Fall has definitely set in today. Chilly, damp, and dreary, but made for a nice, almost sweat-free run.

    Nice long workout while one of the munchkins was playing at the pool after her volleyball game. She needed a pick-me-up as they lost all 3 games today, and I can always use an extra long workout.
