      My four year old asked me to go on an impromptu run today. As we were running and I was "struggling to keep up" he turned to me and said, "come on dad, the more you run the more you win" So we ran. To him winning means finishing not who gets there first. A great reminder for me. Not only did he completely surprise me by running over a half mile without stopping but he fell twice, skinned his hand and kept going. What an example.
