      Hey Tad, Im in Knotts Landing, next to Lifetime. I usually head west towards Walmart, out and back. i decided to head into the Woodlands for a change. Just passed the round about a ways is 2 miles...if i go to the end of that dr. that stop sign at the dead end is 3 mi for a 6 mi out and back.

      Thanks. Fegrig, it's a 6 week challenge. Designed to do 3 workouts per week...after week, 4 you do 'challenge test' where youre just doing your max one time...i'm hoping i'll be up around 75. you can check out the website at They also have a challenge for situps, squats, dips and pullups.

      The Greenway and Chattahoochee River Park are relatively flat. You would obviously have to drive there from your house, but it would be flat. There is also a 1/2 mile stretch behind your neighborhood called Wigley Road. It is a 1 lane road just before you get to Mountain Brook, the one by the fire station. This 2ND option is not as flat as the others, but it is closer by your house.
