university 1.8 mi 00:15:00 08:20 pace
No time to run longer than 15 mins since all the treadmills were booked up so did some intense quick inclines without changing my speed.

went well, aside from fighting for mirror space with all the boys at the uni. haha. legs and arms will be achy tomorrow i'm sure. Oh well, its worth it!

RUN
university 3.3 mi 00:28 08:29 pace
running at the uni treadmills sucks cause you're not allowed to go for more than 30 mins. I added sprint inclines and pushed my pace to make up for the lack of distance .

Spruce Grove Womens Tri 5 km 00:27 08:38 pace
I was determined to do the 1.25km loops in 7 min splits. When I started running I was pretty sure my legs were going to fall off, but I knew as soon as I stopped I'd never start running again... read more

Spruce Grove Womens Tri 21.5 km 00:49 16.5mph pace
This time also includes Transitions 1 and 2. So, my guess is that my ride time was closer to 43 mins. Felt great for the first 1/3 until the hill which seemed substantially more difficult than last... read more

Spruce Grove Womens Tri 750 m 00:18 38:35 pace
I have not done any real amounts of swimming the last few weeks, so I was impressed with my swim time. I did hit a 'wall' around 400m but kept pushing to get it over with.

Golfing 05:00
I have no idea how far 18 holes of golf is in walking distances but it was super hilly & I felt it in my butt the next day.
