I noticed your pace really increased today compared to the last run you did, maybe that's why it seemed so much harder?
Just a tip: try not to increase pace and mileage too much at the same time. Don't want to injure yourself :) (I did! lol)almost 3 years ago • Like

ugh seriously that pace is not right. but my last workout is from like a week and a half ago! hehe...ive been lazy and not been uploading workouts,so maybe that is why you see such a big difference. but like they are all uploaded to my nike+ website. and a 5;44 pace is incorrect :[ i put in my weight but...seriously my pace has only increased a minute in the past two weeks. I used to be like 10:02...and now im doing anywhere from 9:08-9:20 on average.
