      HA!! Are you saying I bring the sunrise to Navarre Beach? I am always out there. =) I'm training for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon, I think it's called. It's at the end of November, right after Thanksgiving. I'm using the Hanson plan & running 6 days a week, with my longest run being 16 miles.
