    Felt good, ran at OC gym, really enjoyed getting my body going.

    Pretty good run, but definitely long. Ran the campus loop and loop by dog park twice. Way to go ladies!

    The gym was a little crowded today. I did 15 min. On the elliptical and finished running outside. Ricci did the elliptical and Shelli ended up doing most of hers outside.

    Ran at the Hyatt place in Dallas. Warmed up for 5min., then ran 3 walked 2 the rest of the way. Felt pretty good, but missed running with Ric and Shel.

    Went ok, had to start on the elliptical due to all the new years revolutionists:), but we were able to finish the last 20 min. On the treadmill. Shel and Ric are sticking with it and doing great!

    Warmed up for 5min. then did 2/1 for a little over 2 miles and finished out 2/2 for the last mile. Nice to be warm while the snow was falling outside.
