    same route as last time. It's good to get on the bicycle. left calf is still injured. I need to not run for at least a month.

    a bit of a hike up the ridge from the Campeche cabin. Stiff climb, Dad turned around. Isaiah and I scampered to the top of the second ridge. Lots of fun, but tough on my knees.
