It hard to run not feeling well due to colds and a bit of niggle on my right foot but I need to since the marathon is still forthcoming.

Good to see you out there again Danilo. Go easy on the lungs if they are still a bit congested, can lead to complications otherwise. Take care of the foot too. Doing long walks instead can be good for recovery and you don't feel like you're missing out on training.

Thank guys...I still have my chesty cough, Ive down almost two robittosin bottles already but still im coughing up, my throat is getting sore now. Must see a doctor next week.
