    Day 2 of Week 3 - This one is the best yet. A lot of difficult but fun moves that really challenged me. Getting into more plyometrics. woo hoo. ;)

    My friend is getting faster! We are able to run for a minute walk a minute for about 5 reps. Praying to run a whole lap by the race.

    Day 3 of Ripped in 30 week 2! loved it. Some really challenging moves. I did many other workouts over the weekend so opted to not do the dvd, but hope to do it and run this week.

    Ripped in 30 Day 2! Joseph made supper so that I could do this workout tonight. I still really like this dvd. mainly because I can do it in a half hour and be done with it.
