    Decided to take a run since it was beautiful out. I took my Doberman with me which made it harder to run because he's like Doug from UP. Overall good run :)

    This Sundays classes were harder because we went outside. The humidity definitely made the class more intense! I love doing them because they set me up right for the week!

    Not my fastest but at least I didn't stop!! The course was super hilly, running on sand/gravel roads, and a lot of wind.

      Thanks Amy!! I ran downtown off of lakeshore, some parts sand, some gravel and others cement. The course was all over the place!

    Actually this was done yesterday after I did a full body conditioning class, and kickboxing with my trainer. I feel a good sore. Hopefully it won't rain today!!
