Easy and Difficult

Decided to do things a little differently today. The run consisted of a 2-mile WU (9:48, 8:58), followed by a "difficult mile" of 7:41, recovery mile of 8:23, another difficult mile of 7:53, and a cool down/recovery of 8:12. Pretty happy with this run. I'm hoping some speed work on the road will improve my next 5K finishing time. We'll see....Have a wonderfully active day everyone!
