    it was a solid pace but stopped a few times for lights and water. I was too dehydrated for the mileage and my head and legs let me know. Tough last 3 miles.

    such an awesome morning for a run! Went out for 5, stayed out for the full bay loop. Great speed after a holiday weekend of drinking, eating and sailing - and not too painful at all- ill take it!
