      lol I wear 11 and know I have huge feet. I wear women's shoes I just had to have the store order them :) I to wish I could choose the color of my shoes but I go off of feel not look, though look is important too.

      I am a 10 wide, too! But long feet usually mean long legs, which come in handy for running long distances. I wear Inov8 and they come in really fun colors! I think mine are unisex. :D

      Danielle - that is how the TM did my legs the other day or was my legs and not the TM LOL! Hay you got out there and you did it. That work out will pay off when you need it to.

      Wow I am impressed with your continued improvement. Keep it up! If you go down the Shake route for post workout refuel (quick, convenient, easy) I cannot recommend Gaspari Myofusion enough...chocolate is the best!

      General Rule of Thumb that I go by - don't eat unless you are hungry even with weight training... Hydration is really important as well. As mentioned, fresh fruits and nuts are your best bet. Your body will let you know when it needs fuel.

      Nice run! Good luck on the weight class. If your instructor won't help, you should go to your gym at night. They usually have employees who are paid to give you guidance. You are right...you don't want to get hurt doing things incorrectly!

      Hi Danielle, thanks for the friend add! Hope the weight training went well! I used to love doing Body Pump, a really good work out until I got a frozen shoulder! Hopefully get back to it soon. At the moment trying to keep on the treadmill is enough haha! :)
