    Stole Sam's trainer distance measurer thing. Woohoo! Aimed to have a cadence around 100 the whole time which drastically slowed me down. That's super hard for me. Something to work on!

    Legs were tired tonight so just did once episode of HIMYM. Perfect study break!

    Kept heart rate around 140. I didn't feel like I was breathing heavy but my legs can't keep up yet.

    First trainer experience! 10 minutes warm up, 1'x1' hard/recover for 20 minutes, 2 minutes cool down..because my butt is still sore from this weekend! Woo!
