      Some people say that running/training is a stress relief for them but personally I've found that it's not true. Personal problems have always caused my training to suffer as well. But, hang in there, it'll get better.

    Oh man...this was rough. Too much wine tasting yesterday and not enough food or sleep. Had to walk several times and it was already 80 degrees. Could only manage 6. Felt better afterward, though.

      Yup! I was actually the only cyclist out except a local meth head riding on the sidewalk and talking to himself. Glad I was riding and not running!

      Nice work Danielle. The best thing to do is just get out there and do it. It gets better and better the more miles you put in. Those trucks are the worst, though. Yep.
