    Ran on the indoor track while AJ was at bball practice. The track is super small but allowed a view of practice while I got some exercise at the same time. Not much but better than nothing.

    Did a variety of exercises: Single leg weighted squats, squats on bozu ball, curls, pushups, worked my tris, crunches on stability ball, side crunches, side plank bends, etc.
