    Alex and I joined the Race to Remember team for a Memorial Day 5k, in honor of fallen soldiers. Alex did very well, and ran the entire way with no walk breaks.

    Legs definitely felt this after last night! Did 900 meters easy, then 250 of kick drills, then 200 of 50 meter sprints with no rest in between. Better than nothing.
