    Well this was slightly improved over last night's slogfest. Got in a few miles during Alex's baseball practice. Great day for it!

      Holy Shit. I want to drink a margarita and run a sub 10 minute mile. You are AMAZING! I would have said 'forget it!' and laid on the couch enjoying the margarita and tacos in my belly.

    I did it!!! Broke 3:30 in a marathon. Was hitting 3:23 pace until I got hit with severe abdominal cramping. Had it for 14 miles, ugh! Forced me to walk a bit here and there to get it under control.... read more

    Last night I ate tator tots covered in cheese and bacon. Today, they were with me when I swam. Ugh. Threw in some kicking drills, but just gentle stuff since I have a marathon in 4 days.

    Managed to squeeze in a trip to the pool this a.m. before an early day at work. I am marathon tapering, so just did an easy 30 minutes and mixed it up with some kick drills. Happy Wednesday!

    Went to track tonight but resisted the urge to bang out some 800s and instead did a 30 minute tempo like a good tapering girl. Boring! Had a good time after though, fun group of people!
