    Decided to give myself a break from heat training and headed for the trails. However, it isn't a super easy trail like Heritage. My body is starting to get worn out from all the training.

    Surprisingly, this was faster than the first run. I enjoyed it far less though. Not sure about the whole run bike run thing...guess we will find out Sunday!
