    Ran with Laura before her evening work meeting. It was a hilly but fun route until my GI issues returned with a vengeance, ugh. Enough already.

      Christine, my feet often start to cramp when I do them, and I literally have to stop and massage my arches. Does this ever happen to you?

    Woke up feeling icky and sick so I skipped running in the a.m. Since I had appointments and meetings tonight, squeezed this in between work and that. Not ideal in any sense but better than nothing.
