Hit my goal of a sub 70 minute Shamrock 15k and sub 3:30 Vernonia Marathon. Want a sub 2:45 Oly Tri, sub 1:35 half and sub 20 5k if possible.

      Well, you could always start slowly and see how it goes. We had a pretty good group yesterday but toward the end I think we were all a bit delirious.

      I figure once I'm actually running 3-5 days/week again I'll start with the track workouts. But until then I really don't have the fitness to support them.
