    Didn't get to this until 9:30 p.m. Late night basketball practices for my little are not conducive to working out but he's worth it. :)

    First track workout in 2 months since pulling my hammy. Did a mile wu and cd, and 4 800 meter repears at around 70 percent. Jogged 400 in between each repeat. Didn't pass out.

    Finally had a decently paced shorter run. Legs were pretty dead from spin but run felt good.
