      Oh man, that bites. I've had hamstring issues since I strained mine in kung-fu when I was 10 years old... hang in there.

    Ran on the indoor track while AJ was at bball practice. The track is super small but allowed a view of practice while I got some exercise at the same time. Not much but better than nothing.
