    Raining out so I headed inside. It's been a whole since I ran 8. Last mile and a half was tough. Kept the speed changing to help make it happen.

    Rainy and semi cold outside so I headed in. Legs still sore from Thursday but made it through. Some speed work to spice things up.

    Windy! Still a hard run but felt better than yesterday. Warmer temps are kicking my butt ... Body must start adjusting soon!

    Frustrating run. Felt slow and sluggish. I'm blaming it on debyderation and I being nice (45 degrees at the start). Oh well. Better luck next time.

    Saw 15 deer in 4 miles. Entertaining run for sure. Took it a little easy ... Still have some random leg pains.

    Legs started to cramp up about 5 miles in. Need to be better on water intake throughout the week. Otherwise felt pretty good.

    Cut it a half mile short to get some legs in with friends from the gym. Feeling some random pains in the legs/ankle. Might need to take it easy for a bit.
