Since there was a dive competition going on, we've been stuck in short lane mode. Today- it was back to long lanes and to celebrate, we did a billion 50m sprints. OMG. I've never swam so hard I've wanted to throw up.

yeah... but I'd rather not make them have to drain the entire pool because I'm the one who up-chucked in the deep end =)
