      I know a lot of people hate it, but I'm pretty in tune with my body and generally taper happens right when it needs to happen... I enjoy it because I get to race strong! :)

    my mind wasn't in it... it was the best time I've ever had with this mileage but I was so preoccupied with other things I didn't really enjoy the run..
