      Take it easy and don't push it. I'm going to wait for at least two more weeks before I start running again. The elliptical and spin has been giving me a real good workout the last few weeks.

    Nice evening run, although I would have preferred a little less wind. Pace was a little slower then I would of liked due to the lack of light on most of the roads, but all in all a pretty nice run
