      Damn James, sounds like you're disappointed in your race today. Don't be. Maybe you just had an off day. It's not exactly an easy course and you're unfamiliar with it. That last stretch, while pretty flat just seems to go on forever. Your training has seen some huge gains in the last few months. Keep at it. You'll be PRing soon enough.

      That's a crawling taper pace, smart. Still feeling the effects of your puddle jumping "singing in the rain " run... That's a lesson learned.. I'll be in touch for tomorrow.

      @James: Silver Lake is the very opposite of a retirement community. It's hipster heaven. The best part about running he reservoir is the people watching. @Ray: yeah I can't complain though getting to and from these locations is often a pain. Look out for my posts in a few weeks when I'm all over Taiwan and China.

      Out here, By the time 8:15 can along "kids on the bus" it was 51*. :( Your area is usually warmer by about 5-10 degrees. Must have been real nice for your run.. I thought you were retiring those platform shoe Hoka's LOL. What king of mileage did you get on them.? Nice run.
