    alright 5.41 mi 01:08 12:34 pace

    Too hot, but nice scenery

    good 4.91 mi 00:58 11:48 pace

  3. RUN
    good 4.1 mi 00:50 12:11 pace

Tough at the end for sure, and too hot, but good to get out there with my best friend

  4. RUN
    alright 4.63 mi 00:52 11:13 pace

Whew, that was a tough run! Lots of hills!

  5. RUN
    blah 8.99 mi 01:47 11:54 pace

Extremely difficult - wanted to quit after just 2.5 miles

  6. RUN
    blah 6.98 mi 01:21 11:39 pace

It was really hard for a really long time!

  7. RUN
    good 1.95 mi 00:23 11:41 pace

Slow and steady wins the race

  8. RUN
    great 2.18 mi 00:20 09:20 pace

My speed is noticeably better! I attribute it to the additional work I have been putting in lately, mainly sprints and circuits 2-3 times a week in addition to my regular routine.

  9. RUN
    alright 2.35 mi 00:24 10:05 pace

Breaking in my new shoes with a short run. Probably shouldn't have done it, though - my hip is still hurting since my pair of crazy workouts last week. It might need a little more rest.

  10. RUN
    good 3.3 mi 00:36 10:46 pace

Very challenging due to the extreme hunidity and almost no breeze. I was starting to overheat pretty badly. So was my poor dog, Dribble. I had planned on going further, but I think it would have... read more

  11. RUN
    blah 3.37 mi 00:38 11:24 pace

Ugh, rough run - hamstring were still sore, no energy, blah. Time to go conduct a PT session and run more. Awesome.

  12. RUN
    good 3.65 mi 00:39 10:46 pace

I felt pretty darn good, surprisingly. The clouds helped it not be so brutal hot - that helped a ton.

  13. RUN
    good 4.15 mi 00:45 10:44 pace

Haven't been posting my runs lately, but this makes 14 miles in 4 days and I am a little worn down. Looking forward to my nice day of rest tomorrow!

  14. RUN
    blah 3.36 mi 00:38 11:18 pace

Holy biscuits did I feel slow. I had a tiny breakfast but felt like I ate 5 donuts, too. And my running band started coming apart. Blah!

Awww, thanks - you are the best running partner ever. Without you I wouldn't run nearly as much.

Nice run to and around the Civic Center

  17. RUN
    good 3.35 mi 00:38 11:23 pace

Slow going after a rough week of managing 3 FIP sessions and being super busy at work all week. Massive soreness and fatigue not withstanding, I think this was a fine run.

  18. RUN
    good 4.07 mi 00:44 10:53 pace

Not bad - awesome weather to start, way too hot at the end.
