    A mix of road and trail running today in the heat; it's a beautiful day here in Colorado.

    One mile warmup; 4X 800 (3:45 pace) with a 400 jog in between; 1 mile cool down. The full moon this morning was gorgeous.

    This was a run with walk intervals; 4 minutes running and 1.5 minutes of walking, incline of 5-8 percent. (I kept varying the incline to make it interesting.)

    I met Cindy at the track for intervals; we did 4 X 800s at 3:45-3:55 pace, plus warm up and cooldown. I felt strong today. Yippee!!

    My kids are on spring break. They headed with me to the track today, and they did a walk/run while I ran. We are talking about doing a 5K together on Mother's Day. :-)
