      Post race(s) blues. Take a week off let your body rest and let that hunger/thirst to run again build.

      Another suggestion. Park the serious runs until the fall and just load up on fun stuff, 7 mile, color run, etc. Put some easy fun back into the mix...you have nothing more to conquer nor prove.
