Endurance build run on a hilly course. Fueled on 4 portions of UCAN and 1 pack of Justin's Nut Butter. Went well until the last 4 miles when my back started getting tight.

your zone 1 is the high-end of my zone 2. Having seen my own improvements this year it is interesting to me to make comparisons. But then I'm not sure comparing to you is safe for me.

  10. RUN

10 x 2 minute hill repeats. Pushed into zone 4 and tried to hammer the downhill to work the quads. Felt pretty good after Sundays long run.

  11. RUN
    good 32.01 mi 04:18 08:02 pace

Nice long run with my friend Ben. Made the time go by quickly, or at least the first 3:30, until we both got a bit tired. Nice to get it done and still have all Sunday to get things done. Thanks ... read more
