      Yeah. It was at Rochester LTF tonight, also. I realized that running on the mill for 90 minutes in a loose, white shirt isn't a good look for me. LOL

      Sounds like no fun. I give you credit for dealing with that many preschoolers, I could never do it. Hopefully this run helped the stress.

    Only could run a mile because my dinner decided to come up :(. And I ate 2 1/2 hours prior to working out! Walked the remaining 20+ mins on a 15% incline.
