    OK Dana...I tried walking backwards on the TM and only lasted 5minutes @ 2.5mph....terrible! So what or how should I be doing this. I thought it'd be easy, but I was so wrong !

    Well you did better then me. I was only at 2mph. Maybe slow down might help. It looks easy - but it's not. You use different muscles - and that's a good thing. :) You don't sweat - but you have to concentrate. Let me know if you do it again. I know I will!
