    Velmax Intervals!!! Look them up and try them! Crazy hard. I do 3 sets of 10 which is 30 sec hard (265 watts) 30 secs rest.

    Did some intervals. Maxed at 225 watts 5 times (3 min, 3 min, 1min 20 Sec, 1 min 10 sec and 1 min) with rests in between. ate before not a good idea.

    Still Hot when biking in basement which is crazy cus the temp is like 55 down there. Boyfriend pushed me in the end. That is only half the distance of what I will be doing in May!!

    Hott in Jesse's basement but we have to start using the actual trainers because the bikes at the gym are terrible and don't read rpm, watts, speed ect right
