      Make sure you get out tomorrow for a recovery run! Only 4 months until the marathon now. Next week you'll smash those intervals.

    Another new route, faster start but paid for it by the end. Still feeling the affects of the cold 2 weeks ago and now beginning to carry Christmas weight. Enjoyable runs till January I think.

    Managed 3 intervals on pace before yesterdays niggle returned, called it off to save myself from long term injury

    Had a really strong start and a nice segment attempt but then got a very tight calf so called the run off. Hoping this isn't a long term issue.
