Ran to the gym for a light weight lifting session and back. (added a little extra distance each way to make it exactly one mile @ way) Ran 9:32 on way and 8:18 coming back. Even though pace was ok, I feel very sore and tight from Sunday's run. Hopefully yoga today loosens me up a bit.

I've been thinking about getting into yoga but I haven't done anything about it yet. So did you take a class or how did you learn?

Classes Eric. I don't think I would stick with it if I tried it through a book or DVD, I would miss the interaction.
