Could this new training schedule really be making me faster so soon? Today I was 7 sec per 800m faster than 2 weeks ago, and 8 sec faster than last week. Maybe it was just cooler today. Today's 800m times: 3:08, 3:05, 3:02, 3:06, 3:09. 3:06, 3:04. 3:07
