Long run with Hugh B. 15.8 mi, 3,373 ft of climbing. I think my endurance is improving - I'm worn out but not as much as I normally would be. And somehow I wore Hugh out as well with this course, so mission accomplished.

    Thanks... oh, Hugh's fine. He's taking my approach... run through the injuries, let your body sort it out! :) Ya know, you could have mtn biked along with us on this run... I didn't think of that.
