It was tough getting on the mill this morning, big relief when the countdown timer went from 4 digits to 3 and even bigger relief when it dropped below 3:00. I got it done though.

Julie loves me this I know, for the (Ice cold) watermelon tells me so!! There is just something about ICE cold watermelon after a ride, almost as good as a beer (which will come later).
