    great Copper & Vomit 16.86 mi 00:55 18.3mph pace

You know it's been a great ride when you taste copper for most the ride and then vomit once you stop! Suffer score 89, not bad for only 17 miles, 85% of the ride was Z4, 7% Z5. First day of ... read more

One of the many things I love about Jerome. Quaint little fire station with public restrooms, and good drinking water.

The snow capped mountains are Flagstaff about 60 miles (driving) from Jerome.

    blah Jerome 42.81 mi 03:29 12.3mph pace

It's the bad days that make you enjoy the good days better. This didn't post yesterday after the ride...

good Wilhoit from home 45.97 mi 04:08 11.1mph pace

Slight drizzle from 13 on but never enough to get you wet, just road and tires. Julie picked me up for a party after.

    great Quickie 10.97 mi 00:37 17.9mph pace

Tested out the K-Edge Garmin mount (love it) and Northwave Typhoon SBS shoes (sweet).

  14. RUN
alright Windy, rainy "run" outside 4.17 mi 00:56 13:21 pace

Calves and ankles started bothering me at ~2, like when I first started running. Just have to do more outside running to build them up.

    good Treadmill 2.95 mi 00:30 10:10 pace

It's getting easier. Base is slowly building, it didn't take overnight to breakdown, it won't build back up overnight. My first race of the year is mid March (Duathlon) and first 1... read more

    alright Treadmill 2.81 mi 00:30 10:39 pace

It was tough getting on the mill this morning, big relief when the countdown timer went from 4 digits to 3 and even bigger relief when it dropped below 3:00. I got it done though.

  18. Julie loves me this I know, for the (Ice cold) watermelon tells me so!! There is just something about ICE cold watermelon after a ride, almost as good as a beer (which will come later).

good Wilhoit w/ Tri Group 30.79 mi 02:19 13.3mph pace

6 of us for a quick 30 miler. Fun ride, climbing hurt after yesterday's 44, but that was kinda expected. It feels like my base is coming back.

I'm impressed by doing this on the kickstand. I see a fast moving hand on the right so not sure how long she held it. Still a cool photo though; I may need to try it.
