      I wish I could have an easy run like that at your pace. Do you know your heart rate during the run? Can you share the garmin file if you have one?

      I dont know if my heart rate monitor works correctly because I can run 5 miles at a 6 mile pace and keep a similar heart rate. Let me know if the profile doesn't work.

      thanks for sharing. Looks like your heart rate monitor is off (unless you are working very, very hard). Have you run a marathon? If so, in what time? Also, have you had your v02 max taken? I suspect yours is very high

      No I tried doing the portland marathon last year but got hurt within the first 5 miles and pulled out about mile 15. I am registered to do it again this year though. No, I have never had my V02 max taken....how would I do that or who would I have to see?

    Rained only a little bit but it was still pretty wet! Glad this is over but it gives me a good idea of where I am sitting before my first tri in June!
