Test my knee run, stomach was much better today but left hip and hamstring were super tight. Pretty sure I just compensate for each leg and transfer pain back and forth. Started slow 8:00 and got down to 7:18 pace at end. Knee didnt hurt but again around 4 miles I can feel my knee joint getting tight and shut it down. Massage on Thursday should help my hamstring. Rolled the shit out of my IT's.

My hamstring has bothered me for about 2 months, and think my gait changed while favoring it and that caused the right knee joint irritation. Or I am just a puss.
