The right hamstring is starting to get really annoying. It's getting tough to open up on the flats when it begins cramping up. I've tried altering my footfall, coasting down the declines and running on whatever softer surfaces I can find and so far I haven't found a solution. Wasn't all that great on the way out but I found my stride around the middle of this course. Came in slowly so as not to adversely affect anything at the end. Will give it a rest till Monday.


It must be something going around,that the hammy that's bothering me too. That's still an awesome pace Dan.

Have you tried yoga? I sound ridiculous but yoga fixes any ailment, as far as I can tell. Get a DVD or check on netflix and give it a whirl!
